Raised in Central New York State, George attended culinary school at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. After culinary school, he relocated to Oregon where he worked as a chef and learned the art of fly fishing. Oregon became his home for the next 15 years, but fly fishing eventually led to a move to Idaho and the South Fork of the Snake River, where he guided fly anglers for 10 years. Greg has always enjoyed the outdoors and the shooting sports. Years ago he decided to give sporting clays a try and loved it from the very first shot. Like everyone else he has met in this game, he became consumed by it. In October of ’22 he began to study in depth about the technical and mental aspects of the game from Nick Berry and exciting discussions led him to start working for Little Trapper as an Associate Coach and the Range Manager at Rock Creek Ranch.

Steve grew up in a small town in Northeastern California. He began upland hunting with his dad when he was 2 and waterfowl hunting when he was 6. From the beginning waterfowl hunting became his obsession. For 24 years he has traveled all over the United States and Canada chasing waterfowl endlessly. His hunting background and love of shotguns naturally led him to sporting clays which then turned into a second passion. From the beginning of his time in sporting clays he has worked closely with Nick Berry, first as a student and now as an associate coach for Little trapper. When Steven’s high responsibility job at PG&E allowed it, his relationship with Nick has given him the opportunity to travel, teach and compete in sporting clays all over the country for the last 3 years.
